SHIPPING POLICY

At Sugar Pout, all orders are handcrafted with love and care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options:

• Standard U.S. Shipping – Calculated at Checkout

• Free Shipping – On orders $40+

• Cleveland Pickup/Delivery – Available at checkout for local customers (preorder or event-based)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Sugar Pout is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

RETURN POLICY

Because our products are personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to love your pout. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beni@sugarpoutco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
